This game was so glitchy for me. It would not let me open into the game 1-10

Okay so there NEEDS to be an UPDATE. Im stuck with no door and dont have enough charms to buy one. There isnt even a way to collect anymore. Even inviting people to my neighborhood wont give me charms! Please help!!
